How the Grinch Stole Christmas Typeface
While working with Design of Today, I was asked to build a display typeface for our client at Dr. Seuss. The font is based on the iconic cover created by Dr. Seuss himself for How the Grinch Stole Christmas. Careful consideration was taken while vectorizing and modifying Seuss’ original letters to keep the playful handcrafted aesthetic intact. This task also involved creating many new letters and symbols to complete the set. This font has been used for several official Seuss projects, including the recently released Amazon Prime show Dr. Seuss Baking Challenge.
